What kinds of organizations do you typically work with?
We work with small and mid-sized organizations — across sectors — that are dealing with internal tensions, role changes, or preparing for a structural shift. The common thread is a genuine care about how people experience the workplace.
How do you handle sensitive information shared during sessions?
Confidentiality is agreed upon at the start of each engagement. We are explicit about what will be shared, with whom, and in what form. Individual perspectives from team members are never attributed without consent.
Do you work in Spanish as well as English?
Yes. Sessions can be conducted in Spanish or English, or in a mix that fits your team's preference. Written deliverables can be provided in either language.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Our Culture Listening Session is usually completed over one to two weeks. The Organizational Study spans five weeks. The Roles & Rhythm Companion is a three-month commitment. All timelines can be discussed during an initial conversation.
Can we start with a brief introductory call before committing to a service?
Absolutely. We encourage a short initial conversation to understand your situation and see whether our approach feels like a natural fit. There is no obligation attached to that first exchange.
Are your prices fixed, or can services be tailored?
The prices listed reflect our standard service scope. For organizations with specific circumstances or constraints, we are open to a conversation about what would be appropriate. We will always be clear about what is included.
