María Camila Ospina
Operations Director, Cali
We had tried a couple of consultants before Bochica and found them too prescriptive. What made the difference here was the listening — they spent so much time understanding the dynamics in our team before offering any kind of reflection. The written summary was honest and genuinely useful.

Founding Partner, Buenaventura
We used the Organizational Study as we were starting to grow and weren't sure how to restructure without creating more confusion. The process was methodical and the final session allowed our whole team to engage with the findings directly. That part was especially valuable — it opened a conversation we had been avoiding.
May 2025 — Organizational Study
Lucía Vargas Díaz
HR Manager, Palmira
I referred Bochica to two other organizations after our engagement. The Roles and Rhythm service gave us a structure for the kind of conversations we had been struggling to hold on our own. The living document was something we actually returned to every month, which I didn't expect.

Carlos Rincón
General Director, Cali
What I valued most was the tone. There was no sense of being judged or evaluated — it felt more like someone helping us think clearly about a complicated situation. The confidentiality agreements were taken seriously, and that mattered, given the sensitivity of what we were working through.

Sandra Patricia Melo
Executive Coordinator, Cali
The study we commissioned covered things we hadn't managed to name clearly ourselves — particularly around communication flows between departments. The prioritized plan felt realistic rather than aspirational, which made it easier to actually work from.
May 2025 — Organizational Study
Felipe Torres Arias
Project Lead, Cali
We had just restructured a team of nine people and the transition was bumpier than expected. Three months with the Roles and Rhythm companion gave us a regular space to process what was happening and make small adjustments before things escalated. Calm and genuinely effective.

Three client journeys in detail
Manufacturing firm, 35 employees — Cali
From quiet tension to clearer working agreements
Challenge
Two department heads had developed a pattern of working around each other rather than with each other. Tension had spread into their teams without anyone having named it clearly.
Approach
A Culture Listening Session gathered perspectives from both teams separately, then together. Key themes were reflected back in a short written summary reviewed by leadership.
Outcome
Within four weeks of the session, both department leads had agreed on two concrete working agreements. The session was extended into a Roles and Rhythm engagement three months later.
"It named something we all felt but hadn't found the language for."
Education organization, 18 staff — Valle del Cauca
Preparing a growing team for a changed structure
Challenge
The organization had grown from eight to eighteen people in two years. Roles that had been informal were now unclear, and new staff were uncertain about where decisions actually sat.
Approach
An Organizational Study including nine confidential interviews and a workload review identified three structural gaps and one significant communication breakdown. Findings were shared in a facilitated session with all staff.
Outcome
The organization adopted a revised structure document within six weeks. Staff reported feeling more certain about their roles. The facilitated session became an annual practice.
"The interview process itself was valuable — people felt properly heard for the first time."
Family business, leadership transition — Cali
Navigating a generational handover with care
Challenge
A second-generation director was assuming more responsibility from the founder. The transition involved old loyalties, unclear authority, and some staff uncertainty about the company's direction.
Approach
A three-month Roles and Rhythm engagement created a structured monthly space for the leadership pair to work through the handover, document decisions, and surface tensions before they reached staff.
Outcome
By month three, the leadership pair had documented a clear division of responsibilities and had communicated this to staff directly. The transition continued with significantly less friction than anticipated.
"Having a contained space to work this through made it feel manageable."
